About
My first love: the bassoon. My rational side: studying economics. My passion: engaging with people and their stories.
I got my start by studying photojournalism at the Hanover University of Applied Science with Rolf Nobel, and then gained invaluable hands-on newspaper journalism experience as a staff photographer for the South London Press.
Getting to know England in-depth was next. I worked all over the country for national titles with the features agency Guzelian, then based in Saltaire. After that, I was on contract with The Daily Telegraph and the Sunday Telegraph to shoot a mix of features and news (both stills and video) from Birmingham to Newcastle.
I returned to London in 2010 and have been based here ever since. I now specialise in portraits for arts, sports, and business.
